The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) reviews concerns related to discrimination and harassment based on age, color, gender, gender identity, disability status, height, marital status, national origin, political persuasion, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, and weight under the University's Anti-Discrimination Policy (ADP) and Policy on Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct (RVSM).

In order to ensure the health and safety of our community and adhere to executive orders by the Governor in response to the novel coronavirus, our staff are working remotely. We are fully operational and are conducting regular interviews and meetings virtually.

You may file a complaint for sex discrimination arising from HealthTeam’s services, programs or activities by completing the Complaint Form below and submitting the form via email, or by delivering the form to MSU’s Office of Institutional Equity, MSU’s Title IX Coordinator, MSU’s Health Care Civil Rights Specialist, and/or the MSU Police Department.
